At Astons Kickboxing Academy, we believe discipline starts at home and is reinforced through everything we do in the academy.
As parents, there are many things we ask our children to do that they don’t always want to do. Whether it’s brushing their teeth, completing homework, helping around the house, or attending training, children need guidance, structure, and clear expectations.
One of the most important lessons a child can learn is that success isn’t built on doing things when you feel like it—it’s built on doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t.

Our mission goes far beyond teaching martial arts. We aim to help young people develop respect for:
